Returns & Exchanges

At Sweet, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
